Microarray Facility
The Microarray Facility provides target preparation from total RNA, hybridization, scanning and basic data analysis services to University of Minnesota researchers for Affymetrix Genechip® catalog microarrays, Illumina expression arrays and Golden Gate and Infinium genotyping platforms. The BMGC also maintains instrumentation or collaborative agreements with other U of MN facilities for the hybrization and scanning of custom arrays and processing all Agilent catalog microarrays excluding array CGH. We are located in room 140 in the Cargill building on the St. Paul Campus. The facility does not stock any arrays. All array prices have been negotiated with the manufacturers for significant discount off list price. Please contact the BMGC Microarray Facility staff for a price quote for you array expression or genotyping project.
