ABI PRISM 3730xl DNA Analyzer

The ABI PRISM™ 3730xl DNA Analyzer is a fully automated, 96-capillary electrophoresis instrument designed for use in production-scale DNA analysis.

  • Automated capillary gel eletrophoresis system

  • Run sequencing reactions based on dye-labeled terminator chemistry

  • Utilize uncoated capillaries for higher reliability

  • Load and run up to 8 x 96 templates in continiuous automated operation with less than 1 hour of instrument attendance/labor per 24 hour period

  • Maintain active temperature control

  • Both PC and Macintosh compatible

  • Support presentation of data on-screen or in printed format

  • Analyze data with baseline subtraction and scaling
