Assay Design and Primers (<5 SNPs) = $50/SNP

Assay Design (6-25 SNPs) = $250
(25-50 SNPs) = $350
(51-100 SNPs) = $450
(100+ SNPs) = $600

Other dispensing = $50 per hour

Test Plate: First time doing a set of assays. Price is for a full or partial plate. Researchers can opt to use how ever they want to use the plate after filling the necessary uniplexes and the multiplexes.
NOTES:

Pricing is per plate, not how many samples. The cost per SNP will be less the higher you multiplex.

Currently the researcher will be submitting the samples after PCR rxns in a 384 well plate. BMGC will do SAP clean up, Massextension rxn, resin clean up, MassSpec and Analysis. The results will be e-mailed in an excel format.
