RNAi Core Facility


The RNAi Core Facility provides easy and economical access to the latest in whole genome RNAi collections through the Open Access Program from Open Biosystems.  The program currently includes the following libraries:

Human GIPZ Lentiviral shRNAmir
Mouse GIPZ Lentiviral shRNAmir
Human TRC Lentiviral shRNA
Mouse TRC Lentiviral shRNA

Important Information about the Open Access Portal

  • For optimal browsing, use the individual library search bars on the homepage upon logging in.

  • The library products provided by the facility appear as "licensed" under price.  If other products appear in your search, they are ordered directly from Open Biosystems at retail price.

  • If you receive a price total and shipping charge upon checking out, you are ordering products directly from Open Biosystems.  All RNAi Core Facility products appear as "licensed" and do not include the charge during checkout.
